jmIrc is an IRC client written by Juho Vähä-Herttua (Finnish) for the J2ME mobile platform. The client has a large feature set including support and a standalone proxy for phones that don't have sockets and need an HTTP proxy. Also multiple channels, multiple windows, Cyrillic character sets and fast scrolling of the windows are supported. Also because of optimizing it is the smallest IRC MIDlet around so far.
