Kolf is a miniature golf game for KDE, that was developed by Jason Katz-Brown in 2002. The game is played from an overhead view, with a short bar representing the golf club. Kolf features many different types of objects, such water hazards, slopes, sand traps, and black holes (warps), among others. Kolf includes a course editor that allows users to create their own courses, as well as a plug-in system that allows for third-party objects on the golf course.
[edit] Course Design
The default golf course of Kolf is designed using Chinese numerical characters. Some of the characters are in bold, like the 1st hole, while some are in plain design, such as the 5th hole.
