OvBB / LTE BB is an open source message board written in PHP. Its purpose is to mimic vBulletin 2.x.x in both look and behavior while still adding new functionality. It also features the ability of driver usage, which enables support for a wide array of database platforms. Project is now under new development by Trilex Group[1]

Version 0.17 Alpha
- More solidifying of the engine/skin API.
- Complete the Private Message tracking feature.
- Implement admin option for how often to check for new PMs; default will be every 2 pages.
- Implement fulltext searching.
Version 0.18 Alpha
- More solidifying of the engine/skin API.
- Add an editpoll action to poll.php (for moderators and admins).
- Implement custom profile fields, specified by the admin.
- Implement IP block.
- Implement CIDR block.
Version 0.19 Alpha
- More solidifying of the engine/skin API.
- Implement ability for a variable number of screens in register.php, using something like $_SESSION['regstep'] to internally keep track of which step of the registration process the user is on; implement a user agreement screen and a COPPA-compliant agreement screen.
- Implement SQL table prefixes.
- Rewrite Setup script to reflect the way it was done with vB 2: one install script and an "incremental" upgrade script for each version.
