• I've just noticed that no one except me can edit Cafe Libre! Change permissions on Encoresoup namespace.

• Time we had a Development Status page instead of these notes!

• Update all *-stub templates to just {{stub}} and remove the *-stub templates
• Add a front-page to the Category Browser with a proper description and instructions
• Flesh out the Policies Page
  • Need to add the Category Policy
• Add a page detailing the Category System and available Categories
• Add {{subst:PAGENAME}} to WikipediaAttrib template invocations
  • needed to ensure links don't break when pages are renamed on ES
• Install required extensions.
  • Already installed the Tooltip and SyntaxHighlighter extensions
  • See [1] for some others we will probably need.
• Create and install Site Logo
• Install Google Ads
• Add FOSS License pages
• Modify Template:Infobox Software to include fields used in Infobox software2 template
  • Already added support for Stable and Preview Version stored on a subpage
  • (It's done slightly differently to WP though, the values are stored on a subpage of the main article, NOT on a subpage of Template:Latest_[stable/preview]_version)
  • Need to get version info subpages from WP and upload our slightly modified versions
• By the time I've done these the content will be several months out of date - update at least the version numbers and review any other changes to WP pages.
• Upgrade DPL to 1.6.8 and modify Category Browser templates.
• Added pages behind 'Privacy Policy', 'About Encoresoup' and 'Disclaimers'
  • Make sure 'Privacy Policy' fulfils the new Adsense requirements

[edit] Things for the near future

• Add filename matching regexps for Debian 'uscan' utility. Create a mechanism for automatically updating the versions in the Infobox templates.
• Modify Tooltip extension to allow tooltip text to be a link.
• Add ability to remove a category from the Category Browser
• Add History and Contrib links to WikipediaAttrib template
  • Contrib link will link to /WPContrib subpage which will summarise who has contributed to the original Wikipedia article.
• Add back in the interwiki links - leaving them commented-out for future use. 20-20 hindsight and all that ...
• SemanticMediaWiki extension has been installed - now I just need to figure out what to do with it!
• Roll in updates from Wikipedia
  • Check for missing images
  • Check for missing version templates
• Do something about the thousands of Wanted Pages - many of these we don't actually want at all!
• Publish wpexport script.
• Add 'soname' fields to Infoboxes on library projects

• OpenID
• Possible Bugzilla integration (feasibility yet to be determined).
• Possible ViewVC integration (feasibility yet to be determined).
• Provide generic downloads (possibly using 0install).
